With 40 years of export business and regenerated polyester fiber production experience, Mr. Kwon has been driving the sales, maintaining great relationships with all customers from the beginning of the establishment of Estal. Before Estal, he worked for Taekwang, a major textile company in Korea, where he learned the foundation for his business management intelligence that drove him to create Estal.

Oversees the company’s focus to be customer-driven and dedicated to establishing a trustworthy and long-lasting relationship with customers. Estal’s uncompromising high-quality products coupled with excellent customer support for end-application manufacturers and suppliers keeps Estal the leader in the textile industry.

Chief Executive Officer

Oversees the operations of the regenerated PSF plant. Ensures that Estal always has the best technology to produce the highest quality of regenerated PSF that customers are looking for. With 16 years at Estal and 18 years of experience at Daehan Synthetic Fiber Co., Ltd., Mr. Kim knows what customers are seeking.

Executive Managing Director

Estal cares about its employees. Mr. Park not only manages domestic and export business, but manages the safety, health, and environment of the plant. He ensures that Estal is the best company in the fiber industry and the best company to work for. His passion is searching for the best quality of raw materials to produce the highest quality of eco-friendly products.

Jong Jin Baeg

Production Director

Estal is not just about delivering the best quality of regenerated PSF, but serving customer needs in a timely manner. Mr. Baeg is responsible for building out detailed plans and establishing firm production schedules to ensure efficient delivery dates while maintaining quality. To make sure that Estal’s products are always the most durable and eco-friendly product in the market, Mr. Baeg also manages R&D initiatives of new production.

Woo Man Lee

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Lee purchases the raw materials required to produce the highest quality of regenerated PSF. Not only does he ensure quality, but he ensures that he negotiates the best price to make it as cost-efficient as possible for Estal’s customers. Mr. Lee’s mission is to always provide competitive pricing and quality to customers. Aside from finance, he also oversees the HR department.
